How long does it take?
It depends on how you choose to meet: the length is shown on each choice before you book.
What should I have ready?
Rough sizes, photos of where the sign is going and any logo or artwork you have. If you don't have them yet, that's fine: we can work it out together.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel, then book a new time, or call us and we'll move it for you.
How do video calls work?
We email you a link before the call. It opens in your browser on a phone or computer, so there's nothing to install.
