Terms & conditions
The terms we work to when we quote for, make, sell and fit signs and print.

About these terms
These terms apply when you ask us for a quote, order from us on this website, by phone, by email, on WhatsApp or in person, or ask us to fit a sign. Our business details are at the top of this page.
If you're buying as a consumer (not for a business), you have legal rights that these terms don't affect.
Quotes and prices
A quote is based on the details and artwork you send us, and is valid for [CONFIRM: 30] days. If the size, quantity, material, finish or artwork changes, the price may change, and we'll tell you before we go ahead.
Prices on this website and in our quotes don't include VAT unless they say so [CONFIRM: whether the business is VAT registered].
Your order
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing (an email or a WhatsApp message is fine) or when you pay for it online. Online orders are paid in full at checkout through PayPal.
For other orders: [CONFIRM: payment terms, for example payment before we print, or within 30 days for account customers].
Artwork and proofs
You're responsible for checking the wording, spelling, sizes, colours and layout of your order. We check every file for print problems and send you a proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it. Once you've approved a proof, we can't be responsible for mistakes in it.
If your files need work to be ready for print, we'll tell you, and quote for it before we do it.
Colours, materials and sizes
Colours look different on screens and in print, and from one material to another. We match them as closely as we can, but small differences are normal. Cut sizes can vary very slightly.
Urgent orders and timings
When you need something quickly, we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it in time. Timings start once your artwork is approved [CONFIRM: and payment is received]. We'll do everything we can to meet the date we agree, and we'll tell you straight away if it's at risk. We're not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as courier delays or material shortages.
Collection and delivery
[CONFIRM: where and when orders can be collected, and whether you deliver: which areas, and what it costs.]
Please check your order when you collect it or it arrives, and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
Cancelling an order
Signs and print are made to your own specification, so the 14-day right to cancel that applies to many online purchases doesn't apply once we've started making your order.
If you need to cancel, tell us as soon as possible. If we haven't started, [CONFIRM: we'll refund you in full]. If we have, we may charge for the work done and the materials used.
If something is wrong
If your order is faulty, damaged or not what you approved, tell us as soon as you can [CONFIRM: ideally within 7 days], with photos if possible. We'll put it right by remaking it, repairing it or refunding you.
If you're a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also gives you rights: what you buy must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Your artwork and content
By sending us artwork, text, logos or photos, you confirm you have the right to use them and that printing them doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights. We can refuse to print anything we believe is unlawful or offensive.
We keep your files with your order so repeat orders are easy. We'll only show your job in our own marketing with your permission.
Fitting and installation
If we fit a sign for you, what's included will be in your quote. You're responsible for any permission needed to put a sign up, such as the building owner's agreement or advertisement consent from the council.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms or don't use reasonable care and skill, we're responsible for the loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
If you're buying for a business, our total responsibility for an order is limited to its price, and we're not responsible for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, contact us using the details at the top of this page and we'll do our best to put it right quickly.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own country's courts.
